It’s The 40th Anniversary of the FiFi Awards and The Fragrance Foundation is celebrating with a little help from host Jane Lynch, and all you lovers of fragrance. Here’s your chance to walk away with a fabulous new scent wardrobe. All you need to do to win is uncover what #JaneSmells.

You can tell a lot about a person by their nose. Who they are, where they’ve been, their likes and dislikes… A person’s nose is with them through it all.

The Fragrance Foundation knows (no pun intended!) a lot about the sense of smell. We are the go-to source for all things fragrant. From the very first FiFi Awards in 1973 to this year’s extravaganza, we’ve been celebrating the art, passion and personalities of the fragrance world.

Talking about a person’s favorite smells can be a really fantastic way to get to know a little bit more about them. In fact, we see it as a perfect opportunity for all of us to get to know a little bit more about our multi-talented 2012 FiFi Awards host, Jane Lynch. That’s right. We’re talking about what #JaneSmells.

Throughout her illustrious film and stage career, actress and comedian, Jane Lynch has smelled quite a few things. As champion dog trainer Christy Cummings in Best in Show, she prides herself on her ability to smell a pure bred winner. As Sue Sylvester on FOX’s hit Glee, she enjoys sniffing out weakness in her opponents. As actress Jane Lynch she loves to smell… ??? That’s what we want to hear from you!

Head over to Twitter now, and that guess might just win you a basket full of great smelling 2012 FiFi Award winning fragrances: Seven great-smelling bottles to help you create some new olfactive memories of your own (not to mention help expand your fragrance wardrobe).

On Thursday, May 17^th, 2012 at 11am, Jane Lynch will make a very special appearance on Access Hollywood LIVE, officially announcing the kick-off the 2012 FiFi Awards Ultimate Fragrance Give-Away.

After watching Jane’s interview, head on over to Twitter, follow us, (www.twitter.com/fifiawards ) and start making those “Jane Smells “guesses… What you think is one of Jane’s Seven Favorite Things to Sniff.

To correctly register your guess, simply tag us (@fifiawards) in your tweet and add the activity tag #JaneSmells. For example, if you think one of Jane Lynch’s favorite things to smell is roses, your tweet would look something like this:

@fifiawards She definitely looks like she stops and smells the roses.
I think Jane Lynch loves roses #JaneSmells

Please join the ASP on Saturday, May 12th at 4 pm for this open-to-the-public event.
