A few months ago, chef Tessa Liebman reached out to me as part of her Methods & Madness dinner series, in which she collaborates with makers and artists around the city to create a menu inspired by their work. I’m excited today to announce the dinner Tessa has created inspired by the work of MCMC Fragrances. Think oysters with beach plum jam on a bed of rose-scented seaweed a la MAINE, and jasmine confitted duck inspired by NOBLE. There are innovative coffee palate cleansers between each course by an expert barista, and wine is provided by Scribe Winery (thanks Jen!).
