Impressions: Bright top notes quickly give way to a paper-dry iris almost as soon as the spray hits the skin. When Iris Prima further settles, the jasmine and vanilla dance around the leather, while hedione and paradisone help maintain a certain lightness. Grounded by sandalwood and vetiver in the final drydown, Iris Prima leaves a most enjoyable scent that stays fairly close to the skin. It’s reminiscent of the warmth of a favorite perfume left behind on the cuff of a butter-soft leather jacket.
