Join Diptyque’s wonderful Boutique Manager, Kerin Heckmann, on an extraordinary journey into the rich heritage and history of this venerable house. A few months ago, chef Tessa Liebman reached out to me as part of her Methods & Madness dinner series, in which she collaborates with makers and artists around the city to create a menu inspired by their work. I’m excited today to announce the dinner Tessa has created inspired by the work of MCMC Fragrances. Think oysters with beach plum jam on a bed of rose-scented seaweed a la MAINE, and jasmine confitted duck inspired by NOBLE. There are innovative coffee palate cleansers between each course by an expert barista, and wine is provided by Scribe Winery (thanks Jen!).
Come dine with us Sunday, July 29th at 6:30pm in the back room of Jo’s Restaurant in Nolita. Tickets are $125 and include four courses, wine, gratuity and a special take-home gift. Only 30 seats available. See you there!
