Please join us on Sunday, February 8, for Sniffapalooza’s Fragrance Ingredients, Wine & Chocolate Pairing Event, at Back Label Wine Merchants in New York City!

We have collaborated with incredible partners to create a Master Class combining extraordinary scents and tastes to heighten our awareness and appreciation of these sensorial pleasures. Sue Phillips, renowned fragrance industry expert and founder of Scenterprises and The Scentarium, is our scent partner. Sue will present the fragrance ingredients, which will be paired with wines and spirits specially curated by Back Label Wine Merchants co-owner Patrick Watson. Honey-sweetened artisanal chocolates from Mademoiselle Miel round out our ambrosial afternoon.

Last Sunday, over fifty fragrance enthusiasts came in from the cold to savor the glowing scents and tastes of the holiday season at the glamorous new Annick Goutal boutique. Sniffapalooza Founder Karen Dubin welcomed everyone and introduced Annick Goutal Boutique Manager, Francoise Alessi, and Annick Goutal Associate Brand Manager, Cristina Valdés. We learned about the brand’s history, sipped Prosecco, and sampled selected fragrances that were paired with delicacies from Financier Patisserie. Marketing Director Leigh Shirvan was on hand to describe and serve the exquisite pastries.
